01 / 06, The house
It starts with what is there.
A Georgian terrace, two doors and a sash window: we read the house before we touch it.

Turnkey renovation in London and Manchester, under one contract.
The story
Twenty seconds on what happens between the first survey and the keys.

01 / 06, The house
A Georgian terrace, two doors and a sash window: we read the house before we touch it.

02 / 06, The survey
A laser survey of the stripped shell, joists and openings included, so the drawing matches the room.

03 / 06, The design
Cabinets, doors and cornices appear on the brick before a single trade arrives. You approve this, not a sketch.

04 / 06, The build
Herringbone oak, panelled walls and a closed ceiling, in the order the trades need.

05 / 06, Kitchen and stone
Joinery, stone and lighting fitted by the people who drew them.

06 / 06, The home
Sofa, table, plant, keys. What you approved in week three, standing in the room in week sixteen.

The drawing and the site are usually two companies. Here they are one.
What we do
Design and build under one roof: the people who draw the room are the people who build it.

Measured survey, layouts, a 3D model and the drawings the site builds from. Planning included.

Strip-out to handover for a flat or a house. One site manager, one fixed price, weekly reports.

Rear, side-return, loft and basement. Permitted development checked first, party walls handled.

Bespoke joinery, stone, brassware and tiling, drawn in the model and fitted by our own trades.
Why design and build
An architect draws, a builder prices, a third party fits the kitchen. Three contracts, three diaries, and the gaps between them are where the money goes.
Virtual experience
Drag the two curtains. Shell, design and home are the same camera at three moments of the film.

The three images are stills from our film, which is a reconstruction. The photograph of your room becomes a visualisation like this. See below.
Send us your room
Upload one or two photos and say what the room is for. Within five working days you receive a visualisation and a first price band.
We will write or call within one working day. If you sent photos, the visualisation follows within five working days.
London and Manchester
Most of what we touch is over a hundred years old. Each period has its own rules and its own tricks.
Sash windows, cornices, lime plaster and party walls. We keep what is worth keeping and hide what is not.
Applications written together with the drawings, not after. We know which borough wants what.
Licence to alter, freeholder consent and lift bookings arranged before the first skip arrives.
Rear, side-return and loft: under permitted development where it applies, with full plans where it does not.

The group
Three companies in Switzerland, a fourth opening in London. Same people, same method, same warranty.
Group figures. The London company opens in October 2026.
What clients say
We approved the kitchen on a tablet in March and stood in it in July. Nothing was a surprise, including the price.
J. M.Zurich, whole-house refurbishment
The site manager had been in every design meeting. When the roof threw up a problem he already knew what we wanted.
A. K.Zug, loft and roof
Weekly photos, one invoice a month, and the stone arrived the week it was drawn to arrive.
S. B.Winterthur, two bathrooms
Example testimonials from the Swiss group, to be replaced with named client reviews before launch.
