Your data, and what we do with it.

Cengel Holding Ltd, Studio 3, 40 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3UD, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Questions about data go to hello@cengelholding.com.

When you send the form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, message and any photographs or drawings you attach. We use them to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a visualisation if you asked for one, and to arrange a survey.

The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR. Updates on projects and services are sent only if you tick the optional box, under consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Photographs of your home are seen by the design team only and are never published or used for marketing without a separate written agreement.

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted after twelve months. Project files are kept for the duration of the warranty, ten years from handover, as required to honour it.

Data is shared only with the people who need it to deliver the service: our designers, site managers, structural engineers and planning consultants, all under confidentiality. It is not sold and it does not leave the UK or the EU without adequate safeguards.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@cengelholding.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets one cookie, to remember that you closed the contact panel, for seven days. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
