The London company opens in October 2026. Until the first UK projects are finished, these three are written as examples, with the numbers a real project of that kind would carry.

A Georgian terrace, kitchen and living room
The ground floor of a terrace stripped to the brick, surveyed with the laser and rebuilt as one room. Panelled walls, herringbone oak, a marble island under three pendants.

A mansion flat, whole refurbishment
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a 1900 block. Licence to alter, full rewire, lime plaster restored, marble and brass in the bathrooms, the kitchen drawn around the window.

A loft with a bedroom and en suite
A rear dormer under permitted development and a new staircase in the line of the old one. A bedroom under the skylights, a shower room over the bathroom below.
