Who we are
A builder who learnt to draw first.
The group started in 2009 as a building company in the canton of Zurich. Interior fit-out followed, then property, because the same team was already designing what it built.
Word of mouth did the rest. Most Swiss projects arrive through a client's neighbour or a client's architect, and that is the standard the London company has to keep.
London is run by the founder, with a site manager and a designer from the Swiss team and trades hired in the UK. Manchester follows with the same structure.

With a written contingency, agreed with you, for what old walls hide.

Our own trades on site
Employed crews and a site manager who was in the design meetings. The warranty is ours.

Ten years on the structure
Structural work carries a ten-year warranty, insured, with the certificates in the handover folder.
