Kitchens and bathrooms
Drawn in the model, fitted by the same hands.
Bespoke joinery, stone templated on site, brassware from the schedule and tiling set out from the drawing. The rooms that decide whether a renovation feels finished.

The point
A kitchen is a piece of furniture that has to survive a family.
It gets drawn to the millimetre, then it gets used every day for twenty years. Both things matter.
We draw the cabinets around the appliances you actually own, the stone around the sink you chose, and the lighting around where you stand. Then the joiner who read the drawing fits it.
Bathrooms are the same story with water in it. Falls, waterproofing and ventilation are decided in the model, not improvised behind the tiles.
What we make
Four materials, handled by people who know them.
-
Bespoke joinery
Framed or slab doors, in-frame or overlay, painted or veneered. Made to the drawing in our joinery partners' workshops and fitted by our carpenters.
-
Stone
Marble, quartzite and porcelain slabs, chosen at the yard, templated on site after the cabinets are in, cut with the sink and the tap in the right place.
-
Brassware and lighting
Taps, showers and handles from one schedule so the finishes match. Lighting drawn in layers: task, ambient, and the one over the island.
-
Tiling and waterproofing
Set out from the drawing so the cuts land where they should. Tanked wet rooms, linear drains, underfloor heating under the tiles.

Bathrooms
Marble, brass, and a drain that works.
The beautiful part is the last five per cent. The other ninety-five is falls, tanking, extraction and a floor that will not move.
Every bathroom is drawn as a section as well as a plan, because the difference between a good shower and a leak is twelve millimetres of fall.
- Wet rooms and walk-in showers
- Freestanding baths and vanities
- Underfloor heating and demisting mirrors

Questions
Before you write.
Can you fit a kitchen I have already bought?
Yes, if the drawings exist. We survey the room, check the services, and fit it with our own carpenters. If the drawings do not exist we make them first.
How long is a kitchen without the house?
Six to eight weeks on site for a kitchen alone, including the strip-out, services, plastering, joinery, stone and decoration. Stone is templated after the cabinets are in and takes ten days.
Do you supply the appliances?
We draw around the ones you choose and we can order them on your behalf at trade prices. The choice, and the invoice, stay yours.
